Miniature Rug Patterns Are created with a threadpainting technique on the sewing machine. Complete directions to create these little miniature versions of hooked rugs are included. YLI variegated cotton machine quilt threads are featured. The variegation of the threads and the type and direction of the stitching mimic the russian needlepunch embroidery . These little projects can be made in a short amount of time and are lovely when framed or use in a doll house.
