Shipping Information:

All orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail. At this time we only ship within the United States. We ship within 24 hours after receipt of your order and your order should arrive within 5 days after shipping.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not satisfied with a TWthreadworks threads, we will refund your purchase. Simply contact us at the above email address and arrange to ship the threads back and we will happily refund your money. Defective merchandise will be replaced. CD-ROM Videos are not refundable, and will be exchanged if the product is defective.
